We’re more than a neighborhood staple—we’re a destination. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented PM Floor Manager to lead our evening operations with hospitality, precision, and heart.
Your Mission:
As our PM Floor Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader during our busiest hours, ensuring that service flows smoothly, staff are supported, guests feel like VIPs, and every plate and drink leaves the pass with care and consistency. You’ll bring a strong sense of accountability, communication, and warmth to the floor—and help create an environment where both guests and team members thrive.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the PM front-of-house shift with energy, poise, and attention to detail
Conduct pre-shift meetings to motivate and inform staff
Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction—table touches are a must
Manage staff schedules via HotSchedules (6+ weeks out)
Handle recruiting and onboarding tasks, including training checklists
Program and maintain the POS system (Toast) for new menus, staff, and updates
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar on biweekly specials
Track and respond to customer feedback (including Yelp reviews)
Oversee daily cash handling and reconciliation
Support payroll and reporting duties as needed
Conduct walk-throughs to ensure DOH compliance and cleanliness standards
Monitor inventory and place orders for FOH needs
Assist with HR-related tasks, including corrective actions and performance reviews
What You Bring:
At least 2 years of restaurant management experience (Latin cuisine a plus!)
A guest-first mindset and hands-on leadership style
Strong knowledge of service standards, POS systems (Toast), and labor practices
Cool head under pressure and excellent problem-solving skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus
ServSafe Manager Certification required
