Acoustiguide, the leading provider of audio tours, is seeking exceptional individuals with flexibility to work at Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
Our Seasonal Visitor Service Representatives facilitate amazing audio tour experiences with warm customer service, efficient distribution operations, and expert equipment management. We are seeking part time representatives to help us through the spring and summer. This job is perfect for students looking to pick up a few days a week around their classes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Practice exemplary customer service by actively engaging guests
Distribute audio tour equipment to each exhibition visitor
Demonstrate audio tour device operation
Basic troubleshooting of equipment
Ensure adequate inventory levels at the desk
Meet and exceed service goals
Other duties as assigned in support of incredible tour experiences
Candidates must have weekend availability to be considered for any position.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should have 1 – 2 years of public-facing customer service experience, as well as a genuine desire to help others. College coursework or interest in the arts or history is preferred, and a HS Diploma or equivalency is required. Should be comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods. Fluency in a foreign language is a plus, but not required.
