Customer Care Representative sought for remote full time position (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm EST). Job involves heavy phone contact, note taking, updating on various computer systems, emailing, follow up on issues, customer service, and conflict resolution. Must have excellent English speaking, reading & writing skills, good typing skills, very organized & detail oriented, & have their own laptop/computer with monitor (max 3 years old) and high speed wifi. Job requires that all staff be on zoom (camera & voice) during entire shift. Job is paid hourly with paid legal holidays and accrued PTO. Please submit resume, will be hiring immediately.
