What the job looks like:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to person when someone needs help with their travel plans. You might be answering questions, helping someone change a flight, or just making sure things go smoothly. You don’t need experience — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
Talk with customers by phone, chat, or email
Help people book or adjust their travel plans
Answer questions and solve small problems
Make sure customers feel supported and heard
Work with a team that’s got your back
