We are a construction management company located in Paterson N.J. Looking for an individual to handle our bookkeeping. Bookkeeping experience and being Spanish bilingual is a plus. Part time, able to come into the office twice per week for a minimum of four (4) hours and/or as needed.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
QuickBooks & Excel( Min of 3 Years )
Recording transactions, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and bank account reconciliations.
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data, check accuracy of business transactions
Conduct monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
