We are are an Accounting firm seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering transactions from bank statements into QuickBooks, including checks and debit transactions.
Responsibilities:
Enter and categorize financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks
Reconcile bank statements
Generate financial reports for tax return preparation
Maintain accurate financial records
Correspond with clients for bank statements and financial data
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Experience with bank reconciliation and transaction entry
Ability to print and organize reports for tax purposes
Knowledge of payroll taxes and sales tax is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
