Part Time , In office and remote- 2 days per week. Located in Cresskill, NJ
Responsibilities and Duties include using QuickBooks Online, Method CRM, Excel , Word.
Inventory Tasks such as receiving records, warehouse adjustments and analyzing inventory to determine reorders from factories.
Coordinate factory production, create import documentation, follow up on shipping and logistics from domestic and overseas vendors.
Validate Import documents, including duty rates for imported merchandise.
Receiving payments for E-Commerce and Retail Sale Invoices
Cash Deposits, using retailers web portals
Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
Sales analytics weekly and monthly, along with quarterly financial reports
Royalty calculations based on sales data
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
ADP Payroll
Qualifications and Skills
BA required
Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant role required
Experience with QuickBooks Pro and online platforms required
Inventory Management in QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) required, Pivot tables and VLOOKUP a plus
Experience with Google Workplace/G suite and Shopify
Experience with Social Media Advertising Analytics a Plus
Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills required
