Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, and exceptional customer service skills.
Duties For Accounts Receivable.
- Phone call to delinquent tents
- Coordinate with manger and legal team regarding filings
- Handle Section 8 housing programs efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective residents
- Lease Renewals
Requirements For Accounts Receivable:
- Experience in property management or related field
- Familiarity with ( System) software
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs and related regulations
- Legal administrative skills are a plus
- Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
