Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Research Project Coordinator II for the School of Arts & Sciences (SAS) - Psychology Department. This position performs professional-level lab management and research roles.Among the key duties of this position are the following:Carries out routine and non-routine work with occasional review of work outputs by the supervisor.Involves multiple federally funded grants that study high-risk sensitive participants (suicidal adults and adolescents).Documents work performed and maintain a database using existing tools in the lab (e.g., AirTable).Uses highly specialized methods, maintains and keeps the workplace and laboratory organized by following established procedures.Trains and leads students and post-bac RAs through research methodologies.Completes work under direct supervision from the PI, with specific instructions on routine or semi-routine work. The work completed will be within established work parameters for the unit.Makes decisions or choices following standard practices and procedures in the group.Performs at a high standard with the following dealing with the department; professionalism, theories, terminology and practices.Gains general knowledge and basic application referencing the job's conceptual nature. Position Status Full Time Hours Per Week Daily Work Shift Work Arrangement Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. The flexible work arrangements outlined in Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 are part of a pilot program that is effective September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2024.
