Description Our client is a well-regarded national law firm. They are looking to add an Immigration Paralegal with 2-4 years of business immigration experience to their Newark, NJ Office. The ideal candidate must have a relevant bachelor’s degree and experience analyzing case documents for the preparation of various types of cases including non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, E2, E3, O-1), PERM, and immigration (EB1, EB2, EB-3, AOS) applications (e.g. H-1B, TN, E2, L, PERM, EB-1) with the appropriate government agencies. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be highly responsive in communicating the progress of cases including status and issues to clients, as well as assigned attorneys. Successful candidate must also have experience in legal support roles and a strong understanding of immigration law procedures. Must be able to multi-task and produce a high-quality work product in a fast paced environment with competing demands. Experience with INS Zoom and Excel is a plus.Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Assisting attorneys in drafting and filing immigration petitions and applications· Managing case files and maintaining accurate records. · Communicating with clients to gather necessary information or documents.· Reviewing and analyzing client documents.Requirements

2+ years of experience with various types of cases including non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, E2, E3, O-1), PERM, and immigration (EB1, EB2, EB-3, AOS) applications (e.g. H-1B, TN, E2, L, PERM, EB-1).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be highly responsive in communicating the progress of cases including status and issues to clients, as well as assigned attorneys.
