1) 5 years’ experience in the construction industry a MUST
2) Clean driver license and driving record
3) Trustworthy, loyal, honest, hardworking
4) Go getter attitude that will do whatever it takes
5) Must pass mandatory drug test
6) You must read, write, and speak English FLUENTLY. Your English must be perfect.

Job description:
With each project, you will be responsible for communicating with leadership about project progress, reporting on work completed, watching workers, sending photos of work. You will be responsible for running to supply houses regularly to buy material, sometimes it will be in a personal vehicle sometimes it will be in company vehicles. You will be responsible for keeping projects moving and communicating with management regularly.
Qualifications:
- Construction experience a MUST.
- Must be able to read plans
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented
- Team player
- Excellent work ethics
- Self motivated
