Carpenter & Construction Manager & Subcontractors

We are one of the biggest local Home Builders on Long Beach Island, we are an established long term residential construction company. We are now hiring carpenters, finish carpenters both highly skilled and laborers, we also need a very knowledgeable construction manager to oversee multiple jobs, the construction manager must be very sharp with attention to quality details. If you are local to our area and are underpaid, contact us to make what you should be getting paid. Quality local carpenters will receive $5.00 per hour more than your current pay stub. Our company has partnered with a huge investor to grow our residential "Spec Home" division. This will be a career position and not another construction job. In 5 years we will be the biggest builder on Long Beach Island. The right candidate should be able to handle interior trim, hanging kitchen cabinets, custom built in and only light framing. We are looking to hire long term, we will pay more than you are currently making guaranteed. All work is located in Southern Ocean County, Manahawkin, LBI, Long Beach Island. Salary based on experience, if you are currently working for a competing builder or contractor, bring your pay stub to make at least $5.00 more money guaranteed.
