Assistant Restaurant Manager ```PART TIME POSITION```
We're looking for experienced, hands-on restaurant assistant manager who establish themselves as top performers, leaders and trainers. As part of our management team.
Day to Day:Spend days running a fast paced, high volume, upscale dining restaurant. High energy personalities are amust!
Skills for Success:Simultaneously motivate team members, achieve sales targets, enforce policies, procedures and controls, and provide great service.
Hands On:Get your hands dirty! Not only will you be involved in the logistics of management: hiring, training, meetings, enforcing plans and procedures of the restaurant, you should also expect to jump in at any position with your team when needed!
Core Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets
Selection, retention, supervision and training of all hourly employees
Conduct quarterly reviews
Adhere to established training programs
Determine advancement/termination
Develop employees into shift managers
Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success

Enforce policies, procedures and controls
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years or older
Minimum of 2 years of recent UPSCALE RESTAURANT management experience
Great at multitasking, but even better at prioritizing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
