We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for a fine dining Restaurant in the Lacey Township area ( near Jersey shore)
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Atleast 1+ year of experience working as a Restaurant Manager.
Good understanding of restaurant business, challenges and how it can be grown.
Basic Job responsibilities include managing the restaurant functions, employee schedules, inventory, understanding of P&L etc
The ability to work during holidays and on weekends as needed.
Excited to work an energetic 55 hour work week.
Ability to maintain friendly and fun work place.
Qualified candidate needs to be fluent with English. Working knowledge of Italian and Spanish is beneficial.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Salary- 60k- 70k per annum ( depending on experience)
