Role: RPA Business Analyst

Location: Currently Remote, post COVID relocation to New Jersey

JD:

6+ years’ experience in BFS and IT project delivery and successful delivery of large-scale, global projects. Capital Markets experience like Equities/Derivatives

7+ years as a Business Analyst with abilities to take ownership of the analysis task and work with a fair degree of independence

Experience in end-to-end process assessments

Experience in Robotic Process automation assessments and implementation is mandatory

Experience in creating Process Definition Documents (PDD) is mandatory

Strong verbal, written communication and stakeholder management skills is must

Experienced in creating Process Flows/Process Maps

Working experience as Scrum master will be an advantage

Good understanding of the whole SDLC;

Experience in Agile methodologies will be an advantage
