Summary: As our Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing your technical expertise in leading requirements gathering sessions and other responsibilities associated to the role throughout our projects, collaborating with program managers, architects, developers, business analysts, quality assurance testers, and the client.

Duration: 6 months contract to hire on W2

Location: Jersey City/ Whitehouse Station

Job Description:

    • Policy Admin systems such as Duck creek or Guidewire: 2-3 years (Required)
    • Claims or Policy Administration requirement gathers: 2-3 years (Preferred)
    • Insurance Domain: 3-4 years (Required)
  • Top 3 "Nice to Have” skills
    • Process of Improvement
    • Software development lifecycle
    Experience writing user stories, Mock-up, Field level specification, Forms, Product Model, Rating data mapping is required• Proven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the software functionality• Superb communication skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service required.• Work with configuration and integration developers to ensure their designs and implementations meet the business requirements
