Forge Signworks – located in Farmingdale, New Jersey, is a full-service custom sign company for over 85 years. Forge provides custom signage/graphics to casino and retail facilities throughout the United States.
Position: Full Time – Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm / Overtime as required
Health benefits/vacation/sick pay available.
Skills required:
Experience helpful – will train.
Be proficient with saws, drills, hand tools.
Accurately measure and calculate dimensions.
Work at varying heights. Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to travel and stay overnight in various locations as needed.
Job duties include but not limited to:
Ability to install the following:
o Operate a bucket truck, crane, pull trailers and operate a lift.
o Non-electrical signs and vinyl graphics on windows, walls and vehicles.
o Electrical signs on walls, both interior and exterior.
o Install in-ground various types of signs into soil, asphalt and concrete.
Requirements to perform this job:
Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of NJ with clean driving record.
Self-motivated/ Team Driven with the ability to manage time to get the work done.
Ability to:
o Lift up to 75 lbs.
o Climb ladders to take measurements.
o Have a math aptitude to calculate square footage and other sign measurements.
Must be reliable and dependable.
