Panda Plus Cabinetry, a leading supplier of kitchen and bath cabinets across New Jersey and in our sister locations throughout Florida. Our Monmouth Junction, NJ location is seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Responsibilities:
Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
Travel to various kitchen and bath showrooms/dealers to acquire potential new customers that will aid in selling our products.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
Maintain a strong knowledge of current product offerings and pricing to deliver strong product presentations to clients.
Preferred Qualifications, Essential Skills, and Experience:
Previous sales/marketing/communication experience
Prior Kitchen/Bath Cabinet Sales experience is a plus.
Goal Oriented and metrics driven, with an aggressive mindset
Ability to develop quality relationships and communicate effectively with management, peers, internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication, listening and presentation skills
Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Commitment to sales training process and personal development
Language: English & Spanish
We can offer training weeks if the person who has no experience of cabinetry field.
