We are seeking an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to meet the needs of our small but growing business. Our ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, eager to assist current and new customers, and boost overall sales, preferable with experience understanding architectural specification; metal panels estimation, optimization, able to read blueprints.
Responsibilities:
Understand our products and services
Able to prepare quotes
Explaining features of products and services
Prospect qualifying leads
Convert prospects into new customers primarily through setting appointments for the Outside Sales Representative.
Understand customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers using CRM software
Answering potential customers calls with questions and inquiries and sending additional information via email
Sending customers quotes via email
Delivering brochures, color charts and samples to potential and current customers
Upselling products and services
Closing sales
Follow up orders with current customers
Follow up orders with warehouse and delivery
Follow up orders with payments and invoicing
Constant communication with customers to guarantee customer satisfaction and seek opportunities for new sales.
Achieving sales targets and goals
Providing bi-weekly reports of prospects
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
1-2 years metal panels knowledge
Proficient in Google and Office
Experience working on Quickbooks or equivalent software
Proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
Experience with marketing calls
2 weeks paid trainings on products. Must have sales knowledge and experience. We will hired after one month depending on results. Compensation (salary plus commission) to be negotiated.
