This role is straightforward and involves minimal responsibilities, as tenants handle the majority of repairs and day-to-day upkeep. The landlord is only responsible for roof, HVAC, and occasional other repairs, meaning there are not many issues to manage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property manager looking for a manageable and consistent portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Contractor Coordination: Schedule and oversee contractors for occasional landlord-responsible repairs or maintenance (e.g., roof, HVAC).
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact between landlords and contractors, ensuring timely and quality work.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle light paperwork or documentation related to property management.
