Position: Lead Manager

Compensation: $20–$35 per hour

Hours: 40 hrs per week

Job Summary:

The Lead Manager is a key player in our real estate team, responsible for managing and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with potential property sellers, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the acquisition team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management: Oversee and track incoming leads from various sources (e.g., online platforms, direct mail, referrals) using Podio and Salesforce CRM.

2. Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with company criteria.

3. Lead Nurturing: Build relationships through consistent follow-ups, guiding leads through their decision-making process.

4. Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales funnel to maximize every opportunity.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Acquisition Manager to coordinate property visits, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth deal processes.

6. Follow-Up Strategies: Utilize calls, texts, and emails to keep leads engaged until they’re ready to move forward.

7. Negotiation Support: Assist the Acquisition Manager by providing thoroughly prepared, high-quality leads.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in lead management, sales, or a related real estate role.

2. Experienced in using Podio and Salesforce

3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads.

4. Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

6. Flexibility to handle calls outside of standard business hours as needed.
