Part-Time Office Administrator / Assistant
MDS Office – Monroe, NJ
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow as our business expands.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage invoicing and billing
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
Answer and direct phone calls
Handle material purchasing and order tracking
Draft and respond to emails
Provide general office administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Previous office/administrative experience required; experience in the construction industry a strong plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
Comfortable with phone and email communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn and work with industry-related applications and online portals
Must be able to work on-site in our Monroe, NJ office
Position Details:
Part-time position (flexible hours available)
Hourly pay, based on experience
