Local, family-owned commercial cleaning company seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing payroll, taxes, and bookkeeping
Preparing and maintaining reports in Excel
Assisting with general office organization and daily operations
Supporting business management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience required
Proficiency in Excel, payroll, taxes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bilingual (Spanish/English) and Quickbooks experience a plus
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours
