Job Description:
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Project Assistant in East Brunswick, NJ. The primary responsibility will be scanning and organizing file documents in the home office of an executive (former CEO). This role requires proficiency in operating scanning equipment and general tech-savviness. While some of the work must be completed on-site, a portion may be done remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan and organize physical documents into digital files
Assist with ad hoc research, organizational, and home/vendor-related projects as needed
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
Must be trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
Proficiency in operating scanning equipment and general technical competence
Prior relevant administrative and technical experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Open to both part-time and full-time candidates
Must be local (within 30 minutes of East Brunswick)
Must pass a reference and background check
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to move around the office, lift document boxes, and stand when required to complete assignments.
