PT PORTER/CLEANER-School facility-Cranford
20 hours per week - $15.49 per hour
Monday to Friday 3PM to 7PM
Janitorial / Commercial Office Cleaning experience is required
Scope of work includes:
Sweeping / Mopping / Vacuuming
General Cleaning: Dusting/wiping down furniture, baseboards, walls
Cleaning and Disinfect all common touchpoints
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Re-Stock restroom supplies (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.)
Dispose and Remove trash from bins and containers
Clean interior windows, glass surfaces, mirrors and counters
Report repairs and replacements needed, as encountered
Perform detailed deep cleans, when required
Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
Job Requirements:
Must be able to communicate clearly in English (read, write)
Must be able to lift 30-35 lbs (boxes and garbage bags)
Must be detail oriented and able to follow cleaning schedule
Must be able to follow verbal directions and instructions
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time
