About Quality HealthCare Manville:

Quality HealthCare Manville is a new ASAM Level 1 Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals with opioid use disorder. We focus on personalized care and a multidisciplinary team approach to support recovery.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Medical Director to oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role is vital for safe, effective MAT services delivery.

Please Note:

Due to licensing requirements, the Medical Director will initially serve in a non-operational, advisory capacity to support licensing efforts before the facility opens. Once operational, the Medical Director will transition to active clinical duties.

Responsibilities:

Provide medical oversight and direction for the OTP, including MAT prescribing and monitoring.

Ensure compliance with NJ DHS, SAMHSA, and DEA regulations.

Collaborate with program administration and clinical staff to develop policies and procedures.

Participate in licensing and accreditation activities.

Provide clinical supervision and consultation to nursing and counseling staff.

Maintain all required licensure, DEA registration, and documentation.

Qualifications:

MD or DO licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey.

Current DEA registration and applicable waivers (e.g., DATA 2000 X waiver).

Experience in addiction medicine or opioid treatment preferred.

Knowledge of OTP regulations and MAT protocols.

Ability to work part-time onsite and via telehealth.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Work Schedule:

Part-time hours with a flexible schedule.

Combination of onsite presence in Manville, NJ, and telehealth availability.

Initial non-operational role transitioning to active clinical duties upon opening.
