### Kitchen Manager –

We are a rapidly expanding fast-food rotisserie concept committed to delivering fresh, high-quality, and affordable meals. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Kitchen Manager with exceptional leadership skills, a high IQ, and strong common sense to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure excellence in both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH).
### Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and lead kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare and cook rotisserie-style meals as needed while maintaining high food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and ensure proper storage and waste management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Be adaptable and capable of floating between BOH and FOH as needed for operational support.
- Work collaboratively with management to improve efficiency, menu development, and overall customer satisfaction.
### Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen, with a strong background in both BOH and FOH operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Must possess a valid Food Handling Certificate (ServSafe or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving skills, common sense, and the ability to adapt to any situation.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Commitment to a 6-day workweek with a hands-on, leadership-driven approach.
