Responsibilities include:
Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including food prep, presentation, and expediting.
Lead, motivate, and train staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage schedules, inventory, food ordering & optimize restaurant efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
Create unique specials for special events & Holiday's
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be proficient in all kitchen stations and be able to step in/help if necessary.
Strong knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine and ingredients.
Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pastas, sauces, meats, fishes, and vegetables.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Spanish speaking a plus
