We are seeking a Kitchen Manager, You will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff. Hands-on cooking is required. You will be expected to also work the line when needed, expo, and coordinate kitchen activities.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage food/menu and maintain recipes
Line cooking when needed
Oversee the daily operation of kitchen staff
Monitor the quality of food & presentation
Create & monitor kitchen staff schedule
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies & create food orders for suppliers
Maintain health standards.
Open & or Close
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of kitchen management experience
At least some Spanish-speaking ability
Knowledge of common food safety practices
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
