We are a growing Residential Architecture firm looking for Residential Licensed Architects to help us with design and permit sets for new custom homes, interior remodels, home additions, and other accessory units. We are expanding to Bergen County, New Jersey; while we are a well-established reputed firm in California (Bay area, LA, and SD). Our work ranges from simple kitchen remodels to full renovation, and small addition to new custom homes.
Architects are to assume lead roles on a per-job contract (project to project) basis with the option to take on multiple projects at the same time. Architect to work directly with the homeowner and the design team including engineers, energy consultants, and drafters who support the architect in their work and project managers who take care of the finances and paperwork. We have more than 20 architects in California, each of them working on dozens of projects every year and we plan to build the same in NJ and NY region. We have new projects every week and the architect can work on several projects at a time if wanted - per their bandwidth and quality.
