Architect / Draftsman / Intern Full-Time or Part Time
Seeking applicants for a small, personalized Architectural firm focusing on Residential, Institutional, Hospitality, and Commercial Design projects. The successful candidate will possess experience in all project phases, Design, Renderings, Construction Documents, building codes, and the ability to produce accurate drawings in Autocad.
Looking for all levels of experience. B Arch Grad. with 2 years minimum experience in the field of Architecture.
Job Duties include Design, preparation of 3D renderings, Project management, survey of existing conditions/creation of as-built drawings, drafting of construction documents, prepare presentations for client review.
Personal transportation is required for independent travel to project sites.
Software: Autocad, Rhino, Revit, Adobe, Microsoft Word and Excel, Google SketchUp.
