Front Office Administrator – Full-Time (Carteret, NJ)
A well-established repossession company is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our Carteret office in a full-time role. Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume phone calls and engage with customers professionally
Schedule appointments for clients and transporters
Perform administrative tasks such as scanning and emailing documents
Interact daily with the public, requiring strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish is required
Must be organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively Skills/Requirements:
Computer experience with Office, Excel,
Strong people skills and the ability to manage customer interactions with professionalism
Must have own transportation
