This position can be remote for the right candidate after an initial 90 day training. Candidates will first learn the product and experience the sequence from the customers request, to the sale, to the scheduling, to the execution, to the follow up.
AI assistance answers the phone. We capture the information then work the sequence.
We’re a growing property maintenance company, mostly offering exterior cleaning services like window, cleaning, gutter, cleaning, and power washing services.
We are looking to expand our services and we need help in a few different areas. Here is a brief summary of the daily duties:
- processing the customer requests by phone and through websites. Also processing leads on various social media. Then entering info into our CRM.
- making contact with clients. Organizing information to assist teams to bid on projects.
- customer relations, customer management, putting out fires
- creating dispatch routes for 7 central NJ counties
- other tasks, never limited to anything reasonable
Candidates should be personable with good grammatical English and pleasant communication interaction skills.
Must have a strong understanding of social media and strong computer basic knowledge.
Our clients love us. We a small team of 5-6 people and we need to expand but we can’t until we get customer relations management under control.
We have an office but it can be remote for the right person.
Part to full time to start. Flexible hours. Hopefully blossom into a the team roll.
