We are an expanding used car dealership located in the heart of Avenel, NJ, seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the used car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Oversee and optimize online inventory listings to ensure aggressive vehicle promotion.

Support sales consultants in closing deals and provide on-floor assistance when needed.

Utilize strong knowledge of vehicles to support team and customers effectively.

Develop and implement sales strategies, including upselling and negotiation techniques.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service.

Evaluate and acquire new lender programs; maintain strong lender relationships.

Maintain a comprehensive lender program guide and stay current on all lending options.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in used car sales and dealership management.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.

Demonstrated success in outbound sales and high-level customer service.

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

Effective negotiation and upselling skills.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
