Our client is a long standing and well respected organization in the educational industry. They are looking to add an Accounts Payable Analyst. This organization is looking for someone professional that can work on a team just as effectively as they can work independently. Past experience and intermediate to advanced Excel skills is a plus.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$22 – $25/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Accounts Payable Analyst applicants must have strong attention to detail, and analytical skills. Looking for a Accounts Payable Analyst with previous experience, but willing to train the right candidate with light experience and a strong internship.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST:
Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices
Researching and resolving accounts payable with customers and vendors
Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger
High volume Accounts Payable experience or equivalent knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST:
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Strong excel skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience is required
