Senior Metricstream Developer

Infosys is seeking a Metricstream. Developer with experience in financial risk domain. The role will need a Lead Consultant with a strong background of financial risk and compliance. This position's primary responsibility will be to help clients with strategy definition, value realization, implementation, and operations. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Rockville MD / Hartford, CT / Raleigh, NC/Indianapolis, IN/ Bridgewater, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. We are unable to sponsor currently.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.Experience in the development, maintenance, testing, and support of Metricstream GRC applications.Preferred Qualifications:Atleast 8 years of experience as Metricstream Developer.Atleast 6 Years of experience in the development, maintenance, testing, and support of Metricstream GRC applications.An understanding of all core components of Metricstream development such as: Access Management (i.e., Role/Groups/Record Permissions), Forms/sub forms/questionnaires, Fields/Layouts, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Data Feeds, APIs, Notifications, Calculated Fields, Cross reference, Mail Merge, Data Imports, Dashboards, Reports, Value Lists etc.Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling and Relational databases.Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & Core Java.Closely work with with MetricStream's customers, product management, QA and support organizations to develop and deliver high quality applications.Experience in the Applications Development organization designing and developing applications.Design, develop, and test Metricstream solutions, including configurations.Understanding of GRC concepts and frameworks.Support Metricstream development solutions deployment to test and production environment.Experience in creating & implementing packages in various environments, manage schedules.Support lead on preparation of system documentation, including technical specifications, system design documents (high level and low level), use case, and other operations manuals.Partnering with vendor support as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.Providing support in troubleshooting production issues when necessary.Collaborating with business users and technology partners at all levelsPartnering with key stakeholders to identify the solutions that meet their needs.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
