Position : Process Operator - Day ShiftLocation : Bridgeton, New JerseyRequisition ID: : 25395JOB SUMMARYCumberland Dairy has immediate job openings for a Process Operator team member to perform an array of functions including performing all tasks necessary to process UHT products in the cleanest, most efficient means possible while adhering to all legal and company approved specifications. Process Operator will be responsible for understanding all aspects of both the DASI and Ultrasys processors, coordinate the efficient processing of all products, keep neat and accurate records of all system parameters on recording charts and processing logs, and monitor and maintain glycol levels and concentrations while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments to insure smooth operation of facility.Cumberland Dairy is a farmer-owned brand of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), a dairy marketing cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers. $24 per hour

SCHEDULE: 2-2-3 Rotating Turn ScheduleDay Shift Schedule 6am-6:30pmBENEFITS:

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

One-year related experience or training is required

Strong computer skills required

Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks

Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal

Must be able to read, speak, and write in English

Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping

Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift

Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with capabilities to lift up to 50 pounds

Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays
