Your Opportunity We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our Tech Strategy, AI & Data team.In this role, you’ll leverage your technical skills to develop, maintain, and support innovative solutions that solve real-world challenges in the payments industry. From designing and building scalable systems to ensuring seamless integration with key technologies, your work will directly impact millions of users. You’ll also make an impact by: Facilitate alignment between business and IT, and across the democratised IT landscape.Engage business and IT stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships.Adapt to changing business and operating models.Analyse trends and disruptions and assess their impact on targeted business outcomes.Tell stories to visualize the future state and trigger long-term planning.Support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric.Communicate the value of enterprise architecture, and its portfolio of services.Drive the evolution of the Enterprise Architecture team services and operating model.Coach and mentor other architects, product owners/managers and business stakeholders to instil architectural thinking.Manage the Architecture Practice and build capability.Complement IT Senior Manager Architecture role such as contribute and develop content for Quarterly Business Reviews and Governance reporting.Prepare and address compliance obligation and audit reporting requirements and associated evidence.
