Director of Sales

We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead and elevate the sales strategy for two properties in the Hunter Valley – Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat.As Director of Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue across multiple segments including MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and F&B. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of two diverse and thriving properties. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual sales plans in collaboration with the Cluster GMOversee total account management across market segmentsLead and mentor a high-performing sales and conference teamBuild and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat businessRepresent both properties at trade shows and industry eventsProvide insights and reports based on sales data and market trendsPartner with the Commercial Sales team to maximise exposure and business opportunities
