Broker Marketing Specialist (12-Month Maternity Leave Cover)

Work hand in hand with sales team members to identify brokers needing additional marketing support and guide them through our Local Area Marketing Playbook to tap into their territory’s opportunities and execute marketing plans accordingly.In collaboration with subject matter experts, be responsible for the execution of broker marketing requests spanning artwork, email & SMS, direct mail, social, Google Business Profiles, local activations etc.In conjunction with Growth team colleagues, ensure brand and national media campaigns flow down into local marketing opportunities for efficiency, brand consistency and always-on local presence.Assist with the tracking of ROI for local marketing activities to help arrive at key performance insights.Work closely with state office admin and events team to help co-ordinate local events and activations.Assist with key vendor management tasks, approvals and maintenance.Assist with a range of other day-to-day tasks that arise from broker marketing requests.
