Bid Manager

The Bid Manager is responsible for leading a global team of bid coordinators to deliver high-quality, competitive submissions and client engagement content. This role focuses on ensuring design excellence, efficient bid processes, and effective resource management while driving continuous improvement across the business. Reporting to the Sector Operations Leader and the Head of Clients and Future Business, the Bid Manager collaborates with key stakeholders to strengthen Hassell’s ability to win impactful projects through distinctive and innovative bids.The ideal candidate will bring creativity, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage priorities and expectations across a fast-paced, global environment.
