Key Responsibilities: Construct and install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and decks; Perform snowplowing and related maintenance tasks during winter months; Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications; Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic and other materials; Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Carpenter; Proficiency in using hand and power tools; Strong understanding of construction principles and methods; Ability to accurately read and interpret technical documents; Excellent physical condition and stamina; Valid driver's license and clean driving record for snowplowing duties
