In this dual role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while overseeing maintenance service delivery for a wide range of commercial and residential properties. You'll meet with potential customers, assess facility needs and develop tailored solutions-all while ensuring your team delivers reliable high-quality service. Strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a knack for problem-solving are key to success in this role.
Ideal candidates will have experience in facilities management maintenance services, or B2B sales, and are comfortable managing both people and projects.
