We are a well-established Large Format Printing Company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email
-Provide quotes and estimates for large format printing and installation projects
-Work with customers to understand project requirements and provide solutions
-Learn and use QuickBooks for order entry (training provided)
-Perform basic math to calculate materials, dimensions, and costs
-Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and orders
Requirements:
-Strong phone communication skills and a professional demeanor
-Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Comfortable with basic math and measurement conversions
-Willingness to learn QuickBooks and internal processes
-Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus, but not required
-A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow with the company
