Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, client communication, document preparation, and record-keeping. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office functions and ensuring our team operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain client files and company records, both digital and physical
- Communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal team members in a professional manner
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and proposals
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with digital file management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
