Position: Property Maintenance Assistant
Location: Mountainvale Village Community-Center Conway
Mountainvale Village MHP is a manufactured home community and is seeking a dedicated and reliable Property Maintenance Assistant to support our Lead Maintenance Technician. If you have a passion for community care and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
General Maintenance: Assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure the community remains in top condition.
Grounds Upkeep: Participate in landscaping, mowing, and general groundskeeping activities.
Snow Removal: Help with plowing and snow removal during the winter months.
Excavation Work: Assist with digging, trenching, and other excavation projects.
Home Repairs: Provide support for on-site home repairs and improvements.
Site Turnover: Aid in the preparation and turnover of homes for new residents.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to operate maintenance and landscaping equipment.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
