The service schedule is:
Friday: 4-9
Sat: 12-9
Sun: 12-9
Mon: 12-9
Our focus is to build local take-out business. You will be responsible for purchasing and prepping the inventory and conducting service. Our menu is small with a focus on quality and volume.
You have at least three years experience as a Professional Chef with sushi experience and a strong food quality and sanitation background.
