We are looking for an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager for our newly redesigned restaurant in the Concord NH area.
This person will ensure our food offerings are consistently terrific, cooked properly, presented well, and are executed quickly. In addition to overseeing all kitchen staff, inventory, cleaning and food safety practices, this person will assist with cooking on the line, developing menu items and more.
We are primarily open for lunch and dinner, 7 days per week. The selected candidate must be able to work weekends and afternoons/evenings, 5 days per week.
