Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Mentor, motivate, and develop your team
Oversee and drive the restaurant's daily workflow
Ensure quality of service for all guests
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
At least 2 years as a Restaurant Manager or AGM
Flexibility to work different scheduled
Have a deep commitment to strategic planning
Strong Attention to detail - the little things matter!
Have the ability to respond to problems independently.
