Brown Square Bistro is seeking a new Executive Chef. We are fortunate to have an incredible team that has made a name for the restaurant with fantastic food and service. They've built a loyal customer base over the last year, and now, we need someone to step in and elevate our game even further.
There will be a smooth transition into the role. The restaurant will briefly close for a few weeks to give the new chef time to get comfortable, meet the team, and add touches to the menu. Coming into an active operation and trying to learn on the fly isn't how we operate. We're all about teamwork, consistency, and maintaining high standards.
If you've worked with similar food styles or in a Michelin-starred restaurant, that's highly desirable. The salary is $100k+ a year, and a comprehensive benefits package that covers health, vision, and dental insurance, with a company contribution and paid time off.
